Break that bad habit

I started 2022 with a few bad habits I’d like to change. I spend too much time surfing on my phone before bed, which means I often don’t get enough sleep. I drink a habitual wine or two most evenings without taking a night off. I often can’t be bothered doing the daily (boring) calf strengthening exercises I’m supposed to do to fix my niggly Achilles heel. I’ve put a reminder on my phone at 5.30pm but I often ignore it.
