Some of us consider food sustenance, while others consider it an art form. Justin Foo’s life work is food. Having trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute in Canada, serving as head chef at the age of 24, hosting food channels, and founding Provisions Gastrobar, Justin has worked with food in nearly every way imaginable.
