EBAs and boxing people generally, are well-known for supporting good causes.

At its last meeting, Home Counties EBA members voted “overwhelmingly” to make a donation to support Ukrainian refugees escaping Russian tyranny.

And member Paul Rees recently climbed Ben Nevis, to raise money to help Dotty, a four-year-old with a severe brain disability.

This Sunday (May 1), HCEBA Chairman Bob Williams and). I hope this is the success it deserves to be, and well done to Bob and Dan – and Paul on his climb, and the members for their generosity towards the refugees.
