When wedding planning gets to be too much, how do you unwind?

We try to take a step back and encourage ourselves to enjoy the process as much as possible. Even though wedding planning is a lot of work, and almost like a full-time job, we remind ourselves that this only happens once in your life, so it’s important to enjoy the journey. In addition to focusing on mindfulness if we’re feeling overwhelmed, we’ll watch a movie or go out to dinner to relax and recharge.
