Fine Tuning

lot of first-time visitors to our yard are surprised to see that I don’t spend much time in the office. I walk the yard all day, making sure that I know whom we have assigned to what and how each project is progressing. When people ask why the owner of the company is in the trenches, I simply point to the name on the building.
