FURTHER to Pammy Hutton’s comment (opinion, 14 April) about some coaches using their own horses for teaching, this practice is increasing in the UK.
When an unlicensed, privately owned horse is used for tuition – delivered by the horse’s owner to a paying client, at any level – not only is it an illegal practice that can carry a prison sentence
