Armchair Travels America

America, while not the original home of quilting, is certainly a country whose rich heritage in this art form lures travelling quilters from all around the world, myself included! I will admit that I first went to America because of the historical quilts and big quilt shows, but now love to explore the country and all it has to offer. And it will be a pleasure to return in 2022 — it has been too long between visits!

In October this year we will board a flight to Los Angeles, before heading down to Hamilton, Missouri. This tiny town in rural north-western Missouri is famous for two reasons.
