Running up the bank, my feet sank deep into the golden sand.
Turning around, my daughter Anna, now 22, and son Andrew, now 24, admired our artwork from the top of the dunes.
‘It looks great!’ we all cheered in unison.
The beach had been a huge part of my life growing up.
And when I finally had children of my own, I wanted to create some amazing memories down by the shore.
