1. Heat oven to 450°F. Cook 1 cup rice.
Gently pat 12 oz with paper towels. On rimmed baking sheet, break into small pieces. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp , then season with 1 and ¼ tsp ; gently toss to combine. Arrange in even layer; roast 10 min.
