OH BOY …

Lying back on a hospital bed, the sonographer squeezed jelly onto my tummy and I flinched.

‘I’m so excited,’ I said to my boyfriend Hayden, 20, taking his hand.

‘Me, too,’ he grinned.

Starting intently at the screen, a blurry figure started to materialise.

‘That’s your baby,’ the sonographer smiled.
