½ cup (110g) caster sugar
2/3 cups (100g) plain flour
60g butter, melted
¼ cup (20g) flaked almonds
¼ cup (60ml) fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons golden syrup
¼ cup (40g) icing sugar
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
4 medium oranges
