They range in complexity from the simplest, text-based to do list apps, to fullblown ‘getting things done’ (GTD) task managers that while extremely powerful, require an investment of time in learning how to use them and a commitment to use them regularly. So, the first question to ask yourself when you’re trying decide which is right for you, is ‘what do you want to do with it?’ Do you want an app where you can make the occasional to-do list and check things off when they are done, or do you want a tool you will use daily that will manage everything you have to do and enable you to delegate and share tasks?
