Korean-style beef burger

YOU WILL NEED
✔ 200g minced beef ✔ 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste ✔ 2 tbsp Sun Hee Korean BBQ sauce ✔ ½ onion, chopped ✔ A few slices of Cheddar cheese ✔ 2 burger buns ✔ Handful of salad leaves ✔ 1 red onion, sliced ✔ 1 tomato, sliced
DIRECTIONS
■ Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°CFan/Gas Mark 4. In a mixing bowl, add the beef, ginger and garlic paste, Sun Hee Korean BBQ sauce and onion, then season. Mix well and press into 2 burger patties.
■ Place the patties on a tray and cook in the oven for 15 minutes. A couple of minutes before the end, place the sliced Cheddar cheese on top of the patties to melt.
■ Meanwhile, lightly toast the burger buns and add some salad leaves to the bottom bun.
■ Once the patties are cooked, add the burgers to the bun, along with a couple of slices of onion and tomato.
■ Drizzle over more Sun Hee BBQ sauce; top with more salad leaves and the other halves of the buns.
