300g (10oz) oaty biscuits
100g (3½oz) butter
100g (3½oz) dark chocolate, broken

For the filling:

200g (7oz) white chocolate, broken
75g (2½oz) creamed coconut, grated
600g (1¼lb) soft cheese
✣Finely grated zest of 1 lime
30g (1oz) golden caster sugar
