1 large fennel bulb1 large red salad onion1 heaped tsp freshly minced garlic2 whole lemons (1 for zest and juice and 1 sliced for garnish)2 tbsp honey2 tbsp olive oil for sauce and 1 tbsp to drizzle on onion and fennel1 tsp salt½ tsp ground black pepper1 tsp dried parsley2 heaped tsp onion powder2 tsp garlic8 chicken thighsGarnish with freshly chopped fennel fronds (leaves)
