Ageing can feel like a really daunting prospect and, as we approach yet another birthday, it’s quite understandable that some of us want to turn back the clock. Our body changes, our hair lightens and we can end up looking like a very different person to the way we feel.
However, with more years comes more wisdom, more confidence and more experience – often laying aside the worries and concerns of youth and finding ourselves again, after the years of motherhood, when we often move to the bottom of our priority list.
