FOR AS LONG AS I can recall, the evolution of man has fascinated me. How we went from crawling around in dark caves to sending 2am R u up? messages is a complex and contentious journey. The long and short of it is, as a species, we had to adapt and survive, and those who did would pass on their genes. A key element in the wild kaleidoscope of early ancestorial life was hunting. If you failed to forage or return successfully from a hunt, there were no shiny florescent-lit supermarkets to save the day. You went hungry. Or worse, after going hungry for a while, you died.
