Sarah’s Cauliflower Pizza
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
BASE
1 large cauliflower, trimmed
1 egg
¼ tsp dried oregano or mixed herbs
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tblsps grated parmesan cheese
Pinch of sea salt
TOPPING
1 tblsp tomato paste 200g protein of choice (such as smoked salmon, shredded chicken or tofu)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 handful baby spinach
