Roast Pork Belly with Sweet Chinese Sauce
Serves 4, Prep and Cook 1 hour, 20 mins
1.1kg pork belly, rind scored
1 tblsp sea salt flakes
Steamed rice and Asian greens, to serve
SWEET CHINESE SAUCE
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsps ginger paste
¹⁄³ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup oyster sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 tsps sesame oil
Pat dry pork with absorbent kitchen paper. Season pork flesh with salt and pepper. Rub rind with salt
