When guests come for dinner at Thomasina Miers’s house they’re often handed a sharp knife along with a glass of wine.
“We’ve got a big island in the kitchen which becomes like a bar,” she explains during our exclusive shoot and interview.
“While I’m cooking and chatting, I’ll get friends to join in and chop some herbs or toast some seeds, as well as give them plates of food.”
The bespoke kitchen is at the heart of the North London Victorian house that restaurateur, cookery writer and TV presenter Thomasina, 46, shares with her fund manager husband, Mark Williams, and their daughters Tatiana, 11, Ottilie, nine, and six-year-old Isadora, plus Chippy
