Regrets? He’s had a few

ack in 1965, I was a young midshipman, serving in the Indian Ocean. I’d bought a Praktica IV F as we passed through Aden, with the intention of recording my travels to show my family on my return home. And I did so – pictures of landscapes and buildings. All very interesting but there was nothing about the day-to-day routine of life at sea. I also went on safari in Kenya but never even thought of taking my camera – what an idiot.
