Now, the popular Heart radio presenter, who has had a hugely successful career as an actress, model and TV host, is finally spending more time at home after decades spent travelling for work. Enjoying the slower pace of life, Brook has steered her creative energy towards cooking, working with SlimFast to create a new range of restaurant classics and ‘fakeaway’ recipes, all under 600 calories per portion.
