THERE’S a lot to consider when we are choosing colours for the kitchen, however subtle. The size of the room is a factor as well as the colours in the rooms around it. The materials in a kitchen – whether used for the cabinets and surfaces or the objects added to it (plates, pots) – can also influence our colour choices. You have to be flexible and try introducing colour in different ways to arrive at a perfect combination.
