Matt: It was a beautiful day at home, we left with my friend Tom Constant at daybreak to capture the moment with the least amount of people in the water. It was perfect and we were able to enjoy the spot for a few hours and we both got some great waves. This end of winter in the Basque Country was incredible, I'm already looking forward to next winter to go score the big swells!

Léo: A December session in Port Louis, Guadeloupe, a casual sunny day in the crystal clear, blue Caribbean Sea. This is a spot that I would usually surf, but the waves were pretty fun with a light offshore wind, just enough to go wingfoiling. I had an amazing time testing out the new Takuma RS wing, riding these familiar waves and discovering a whole new perspective with the foil. It was a perfect day to capture some shots of the new wing that performed amazingly, it’s so stable and comfortable to move around, I was able to take away a really incredible experience.

This session was a little crazy. It was towards late afternoon and it was a last minute decision to go look at Lanes, as the wind and waves came up. Jesse Richman and I decided it looked big and fun. We rigged up quickly, Jesse got out before me as I had to make some adjustments because it was my first time riding the new wings and foils. I was a bit nervous and it was also my first time launching off of the big rock in front of Lanes with a wing and foil. The waves were pretty big that day. I made my way down the rocks to the edge and waited, I caught a break in between sets and jumped off the rock.
