When did you first play rugby? I went to Cobham from U5s, through minis and juniors there. It was lots of fun. I did play a bit of football growing up – badly! – but as quite a big kid my dad realised he should get me to the local rugby club.
My main one alongside rugby was judo. Now everyone talks about the contact skills that it helps with in rugby.
