Heartening news over at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (Lamda), where persecuted youngsters have been encouraged to anonymously report the “microaggressions” of staff members.

These seemingly harmless “microaggressors” roaming Lamda’s corridors can be guilty of what’s been officially described as “acts of subtle and possibly unintentional discrimination” at students’ expense. So “subtle” are these sinister encounters, it’s of course not always immediately clear when these damaging incidents have taken place.

Indeed, Lamda’s stars of tomorrow needn’t be overly concerned if such “subtle” discrimination doesn’t actually occur in any real sense at all. Precisely the kind of career-ending microaggression that must be exposed!
