91 Joan Sardà NV Brut Reserva (Cava). Light straw in the glass and gently bubbling, this wine has a bouquet of grapefruit, lemon and geranium. It is pleasantly tart at first sip, with flavors of grapefruit and pineapple that are joined by notes of white chocolate, marzipan and soft spice.
