Building an online yoga community

When yoga started to move away from in person events and to more online classes, workshops and trainings, many of us were a little sceptical about the authenticity of this approach and hoped that we would be ‘back to normal’ in the near future. Personally, I was nervous about the technical side of teaching online and did not think that my yoga clients and students would be interested to continue their yoga practice and learning in this way.
