3 cups raw cashews450g frozen raspberries1 cup macadamias¾ cup pecans½ cup7 fresh dates, pitted1 tsp mesquite powder (see Tip)¼ tsp salt⅔ cup maple syrup⅓ cup coconut cream1½ Tbsp finely grated lemon rind⅓ cup lemon juice1 tsp vanilla bean powder½ cup coconut oil, melted40g cacao butter, melted2 Tbsp freeze-dried raspberries, optional (see Tip)
