Bumper outlook

Australia is tipped to harvest a near-record grain crop, according to agribank Rabobank, however recent heavy rains and flooding means the good news may not apply to all farmers.

Rabobank’s 2022-23 Australian Winter Crop Forecast predicts 61.9 million tonnes of grain will be harvested this year, which is only one per cent below the all-time record set last year.
