Austrian Audio is a relatively young company, yet their products seem very mature and professional. This is because Austrian Audio was founded by former AKG employees after the AKG Headquarters in Vienna was closed by their American parent company, Harman. Therefore, there is concentrated knowhow also in the field of headphones available, which is why we subjected the Hi-X65 to a test with very high expectations.
