Cheesy ham and leek gnocchi
SERVES 4
Crispy on top and meltingly cheesy on the inside, this is a weeknight winner.
YOU WILL NEED
200ml pot half-fat crème fraÎche
250ml milk
150g Gruyère, grated
1tsp English mustard
500g pack fresh gnocchi
150g frozen petits pois
180g shredded ham hock
4 baby leeks, thickly sliced
2 tbsp snipped chives
For the topping:
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan25g fresh white breadcrumbs 1 tbsp olive oil
