RUNNING IN PERIODS, AND WHEN motors should be re-torqued, have oil changes and adjustments made, is neither an exacting or defined process. Everyone has their own opinions and processes, and some of the differences are applicable to different bikes etc.

I like to retighten/re-torque top end fasteners to all motors that have been rebuilt after about 200 miles
