Decide To Change By Increasing Your Desire To Change

The most important part of changing a behaviour is reflecting on the reasons why you want to change. Is it so you can feel more healthy? Do you want to change because you want to save money? Or perhaps you want to be a good role model for your children? Knowing your why, and then pairing this with your desire to change are the first steps to success.

For some people, their desire to change is quite low, and as a result, there is little effort made. However when the desire to change is strong, it creates commitment. And when there is commitment, you're more likely to put in the effort to make the changes that are necessary
