The easy-to-follow baking recipes by queen of patisserie Jane Dunn have brought joy to more than a million home bakers since she started her blog, Jane’s Patisserie, in 2014 after training at Ashburton Chefs Academy.
The Hampshire-born baker’s debut baking book, Jane’s Patisserie, is the fastest selling of all time – she was recently dubbed “the Mary Berry of the Instagram age” by The Times, with more than 1.3 million followers on Facebook and Instagram.
Jane, who admits she is “still in shock over the success of my first book”, talks here exclusively to hello! about sharing her passion for baking – in particular patisserie – and being a foodie in the social media age.
Jane, do you have a favourite bake? And any particular baking passions?
“My favourite bake always changes as I love everything so much. At the moment, I’d say I’m loving the New York Style Cookies… heaven.
