In a league of their own

Sheryl Thai has been uplifted after a successful comeback event for the League of Extraordinary Women, a networking group for young entrepreneurs that she co-founded. It had been two-and-a-half years since its last meeting.

The first post-pandemic get-together in mid-October aimed to boost the mojo of members by getting them to share recent experiences. Spurred by beverages from a non-alcoholic drinks company, members swapped survival stories. There were a few, also, from some who had struggled.
