The ways of the waxbill

've been a fanatical birder all my life and I will sing the praises of this pastime to anyone who will listen. Birding gets you out in nature, teaches you to appreciate beauty in little things, engages all your senses, stimulates your mind, builds lasting friendships and is a fantastic excuse to buy travel magazines! But I will admit, begrudgingly, that there are some drawbacks.
