This is a minimal space N gauge fiddle yard to terminus layout, born out of the lockdown of 2020.

I’d painted the house and dug the garden, and was looking for something to do modelling-wise. The type of layout I wanted was a station hemmed in by tall modern developments, and I had an idea in my head for some time as I wanted something to run my DMU collection on.
