Compulsory Basic Training Why to give a FIG for the BEST COPS

As scootering becomes increasingly popular, we have many joining who are new to it and a whole chunk of the clan returning to it. For various reasons many riders never did their ‘full’ bike test, though they’ve gone on to acquire a full car licence. Way back when, you could pootle about to your heart’s content on a 125cc with L plates attached with a full car licence. Many did and were quite content with that, but things change and some have found it a bit of a shock to the system on their return.
