LIKE so many in the equestrian world, I was saddened to hear of Michael Clayton’s death.

When I joined H&H as its young new editor, and the first woman to fill that role, I was ever grateful for his interest, encouragement and unrelenting support. It was fantastic to continue having his writing in the magazine as I continued to develop the title.
