    Each of the photographs printed here topped one of 12 rounds throughout NPOTY 2022 and in doing so beat well over 13,000 images to the punch. However, only one photographer gets to take home the grand prize – a shiny new Nikon Z fc and Z 28mm SE lens – and be crowned ’s Photographer of the Year 2022. So congratulations to Tony North! Incidentally, Tony was the only entrant to win consecutive rounds (Macro and Flowers & Plants) but that’s not the reason why he’s our overall winner.
