Concept vehicles are usually the domain of manufacturers who, through their design teams, will create outlandish vehicles to gauge the interest of potential customers. However, anyone with imagination can create their very own concept vehicle. Arguably the definition fits any upgraded classic scooter but it’s pretty much what Stoke-on-Trent-based scooterist Shaun Fagan has achieved. Using his T5 Vespa as the base machine, Shaun, along with more than a bit of help from local scooter guru Carl Hissey, has built a scooter that’s fitted with a multitude of bespoke items and trick extras. If Piaggio wanted to test the market with an updated PX, this is exactly what it would have built.
