Lisa Carter is from Bristol, a mother of 3, 2 sons aged 24 and 13 and a daughter aged 4. Lisa is the CEO & Founder of Discussion Box, which she launched and bootstrapped in 2018 and saw a turnover of £1.2 million in its first trading year. Lisa is also the founder of NIKAO, her fashion jewellery brand, which she launched at London Fashion Week in 2016 and has been worn and endorsed by the likes of Beyonce, Rita Ora, Kelly Rowland, Zendaya and featured in magazines such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan and Forbes.
