NESTLED BETWEEN THE RED banks of the South Australian outback and the vineyards of the Clare Valley is a historic little town named Burra. Local store owner Jodie Quinn, 47, moved to Burra from Kangaroo Island in 2003 after she met her husband John, 49, a local resident. Jodie studied childcare after finishing school and worked in that field for 10 years
