NOTE: The buttons I used in this quilt are vintage buttons from my mother-in-law, Marilyn. I cherish them and they always remind me of the love and friendship I had with her. This quilt and my heart are filled with love. I hope all your baskets are filled with love, too!

Material Requirements
□ yard red stripe for outer border and binding□ yard tan print for basket background□ Fat eighth red and white stripe for setting triangles□ yard light tan print for inner border (Suzanne chose Moda Grunge)□ 5 – 6" squares of assorted red□ Scraps of brown prints for birds, stems, and bird stand□ 3 – 2" squares of red wool for hearts□ yard fabric of choice for backing□ 2 large brown buttons for bird wings□ 7 small white/tan buttons□ 1 medium size red button□ Valdani size 12 perle cotton in black□ " bias tape maker□ 1/4" bias tape maker□ Fabric glue (optional)□ Freezer paper or fusible product of choice (Suzanne used Apliquick)
