Pathfinder extends programme with mix of regular and brand new tours

PATHFINDERTours will run its first outing of the year on March 18 with the ‘Great Eastern’from Crewe to Norwich, including an option to GreatYarmouth.

Departing at 6.30am, motive power will be the Class Forty Preservation Society’s No. 40145. It will be a homecoming for the 40 because the class members started their careers in this area in 1958. The return to Crewe is at 11pm.

April 8 sees the ‘Cumbrian Fellsman’ start from Leamington Spa at 6.30am. At Carnforth, a West Coast Railway
