RUN over 3½ miles during an evening meeting, the Stratford Foxhunters’ Champion Chase is, after the Cheltenham and Aintree Foxhunters, traditionally seen as the third jewel in the Hunter Chase crown. This triangular track favours fast, accurate jumpers.

THE county's biggest annual event, which has run for more than 200 years. Classes covering everything from show ponies to poultry, donkeys, top livestock, a flower show and the Cornwall cider championships. There is also top-class showjumping. Dogs on leads are welcome.
