Lingoing effects from the pandemic, supplychain issues, inflation and geopolitical factors beyond the control of the yachting industry continued to weigh heavily on the production of new yachts delivered between the end of 2021 and October 2022. Designers, project managers and builders, working in some cases very closely with commissioning owners, overcame challenging circumstances to produce innovative yachts that made for a fascinating fleet of finalists and winners.
