Masked move in – and like it!

LOVEBIRDS

I HAD been tempted by the idea of keeping masked lovebirds (Agapornis personatus) for a while. A multitude of mutations are available and I felt that adding a few new colours would brighten up the birdroom.

So I contacted a few people I knew on social media and picked their brains. (I must have got on their nerves!) After some research, I orderedcomfortably in a new aviary extension. This features a large window, for lots of natural light, and interior white PVC cladding for easy cleaning. The masked settled in very quickly and looked amazing! Management was straightforward and they are fed and housed in the same way as my Abys.
