My first memory is a baseball card. I was 3 years old when Topps #208 REDS SLUGGING TIES SERIES changed my life. I didn't know that it featured Johnny Bench (my future favorite player) or the Cincinnati Reds (my future favorite team). I didn't even understand what was happening in the amazing action shot; I thought they were doing calisthenics. I do know the color and action featured on this masterpiece sucked me into a hobby I have been obsessed with for 50 years.
